We have a 30-day policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us regarding any issue with your order.


Returns


We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or any non-defective products.


To be eligible for assistance, your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items


Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.


If the issue is confirmed by our team, we will process a full refund or provide a replacement at no additional cost.


You may be asked to provide photos or videos of the product and packaging for verification purposes.


Non-Returnable Items


Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:


  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards


Exchanges


We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If your item is eligible due to damage or defect, we may issue a replacement after review.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period


If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.


The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds


Refunds are only issued for products that are confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect.


Once we inspect and approve your claim, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.


Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
